Hello Everyone!

If you’re stacked up on your sourdough discard and can’t fit anymore in your jar…make some ranch crackers! All you need is your discard, toppings, parchment paper and a baking pan.

First, line your baking pan with the parchment paper. Trust me, you will be happy you did because it is so much easier cleanup. There is nothing worse than food sticking to a pan. Once you have your parchment paper in place, use a spatula to evenly spread your sourdough discard onto your baking pan.

Now for this next part, you can use any seasoning you want. I used ranch seasoning, but in the video I followed on instagram she used everything bagel seasoning. Set your oven to 300 degrees and bake for 15 minutes or longer if you want more of a crunch.

My husband loved these crackers and has already asked me to make them again! However, everyone’s tastes buds are different so if your like me and didn’t like them, you may have a family member try them out.

I hope this helps you prep yummy snacks and lessen your sourdough discard pileup! I’m not sure how to attach the video link I followed, but if you look up hummingbird homestead on instagram you should be able to find it! Stay tuned to see what I make next!

Sincerely,

Tiara
